5. Broker Role and Responsibilities

5.1 Intermediary Services

6. Commission and Fees

6.1 Brokerage Commission

KIF Realty charges standard brokerage commission as per RERA regulations and industry practice in Dubai. Commission rates will be disclosed to you before engaging our services and are typically:

• Sales transactions: 2% of the property value (typically paid by the seller)
• Rental transactions: 5% of the annual rent (typically paid by the landlord)
• Off-plan purchases: As per developer agreement

6.2 Payment Terms

Commission is payable upon successful completion of the transaction. Specific payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement.

7. User Conduct and Obligations

When using our Service, you agree NOT to:

17. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated by:

• Posting a notice on our website homepage for at least 30 days
• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• Sending email notification to registered users (where applicable)

Your continued use of our Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Severability
